Data Removal Policy
Account owners can request removal of account, profile, ledger, and uploaded file data.

What can be removed
Account data, family profiles, ledger entries, uploaded report metadata, and uploaded report files can be removed for the signed-in account.
Timeline
Access stops immediately after an account removal request is accepted. Hard removal from primary data stores completes within 30 days.
Request process
The account owner can request removal from account settings when that screen is enabled, or by contacting support with the account email used for Google sign-in.
